If you've spent as many years in mortgage banking as I did you are probably looking around for the next major career choice and getting all kinds of turndowns, since the very word 'mortgage' puts you into an underclass of applicants (like 'leper' perhaps?)
Who, in the world of banking is going to be the next to fall into this mess... more and more articles are appearing on the web suggesting that commercial lenders just might be next. I don't think that's likely to be nearly as bad as the guys and gals in the mortgage industry, but do you think it's possible that the ongoing credit crisis will spread to the commercial lending business?
